Winchester Recreation will notify participants of their window placement on Wednesday, October 20th VIA EMAIL. Other entries will be accepted based on available windows. Space is guaranteed to the first 100 entries (this year). Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Window assignments/locations with instructions will be emailed one week prior to event. This event is sponsored by Winchester Recreation & Community Education Department.Įligibility: All residents who attend any school in Winchester or reside in Winchester are eligible for this event. All windows must have a “Halloween Theme.” This event will take place on Saturday October 20th. This special event permits the participants to decorate the outside of designated windows of local businesses using specialized paint.
