The Royal Leviathan sets sail after you have completed all of Barati's bounties in the Kahanga Palace. For the purposes of this mod, the Huana are opposed to the Royal Deadfire Company, whereas the Principi sen Patrenas are considered rivals to the Vailian Trading Company.
This mod changes it so that they spawn after their opposing faction's bounties have been completed. In vanilla Deadfire, there are four faction ships that only spawn after you reach -3 reputation with their respective faction.
